Ben and the team welcome you to The Olde Kings Arms in the beautiful historic High Street, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.
Our 16th Century Inn is a listed building full of charm and character and is located next to Gadebridge Park, opposite the Old Town Hall Theatre and only minutes from the main business area of the town. Whether it be an overnight stay, a quiet drink or meal with family or friends we guarantee a warm welcome and relaxing environment.
We have recently renovated a number of our letting rooms and have three standard doubles, one twin room, one family room with one double and one single bed and two delux rooms which are larger and located in the older part of the hotel with beams and character features. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, large showers in the en-suites and all include a full English breakfast. Breakfast is served from 7:00am to 8:30am Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 10:00am on Saturday and Sunday. Rates vary from £70-£80 for a standard double or twin and £100 for a family or delux room. Please call or email us should you wish to stay.
Our chefs make all of our food on the premises, from our Olde Kings Arms Pies to other pub classics and a range of Stonebaked Pizzas. We source food from local suppliers wherever possible and are always happy to about our food origins and our range of ales, many of which are brewed locally in Bedford.
In June 2017 we launched the best pub garden in Hemel Hempstead including an outdoor bar and barbeque which will be open Friday through Sunday during the summer and when weather permits. We look forward to welcoming you to the new garden and our traditional pub to sleep, to eat or to drink.
